Marquette University Faculty Presents in Experience and knowledge Transfer Sessions at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences

Dr. Lobat Tayebi, the associate professor of Dentistry and the Director of Research at Marquette University, Wisconsin, United States visited Shiraz University of Medical Sciences (SUMS).

Dr. Lobat Tayebi, the associate professor and the Director of Research at Marquette University and one of the leading scholars in the field of tissue engineering, microfluidic, and 3D printing and its application in Regenerative Medicine delivered a speech in the Center for Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine at SUMS Mohammad Rasool Allah Research Tower on December 22, 2019.

During her visit, Dr. Tayebi had different meetings and knowledge transfer sessions with SUMS faculty members as well as graduate students of Shiraz University and Azad University, Shiraz Branch. In these sessions, faculty members and students got familiar with Bone and Tooth Tissue Engineering and soft tissue.

In one of the meetings held in the Office of the Vice-Chancellor for Global Strategies and International Affairs, Dr. Tayebi declared that she is willing to continue her collaboration on joint educational and research activities with SUMS School of Medicine and Dentistry.
