Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing is a specialized branch of nursing that provides grounds for nursing care, reduction of death rates and disease side effects in the neonatal intensive care wards through optimizing nursing care for ill or premature infants in need of special care, and their families, as well as reinforcing fundamentals of management, education, research, ethical and professional conduct principles.
